Pranyama is the "Breath of Life". 

 

By learning these breathing techniques, oxygen will be circulated at an optimum level throughout the whole body; enabling you to enjoy an overall improvement in energy levels, physical and emotional well being.

 

By practising Pranyama on a regular basis, thereby reducing stress and increasing lung capacity, you will emerge as a calm, focused and happy person.

 

As a qualified yoga teacher, I have been practising Pranyama for 35 years.

 

 

Sound

It is said that when one sings, one prays twice - what a joyous way to fulfill our Planetary Service.

 

Come along to a session, where you will learn that your Sound and Voice are Vibration.

I have studied Sound and Toning Techniques with Jonathan Goldman and I am a member of the Sound Healers Association.

 

Breathing and Sound & Toning Techniques available in small groups or on a one to one basis.

 

Cost Per Session:

2 hour group session £20 per person

Individual session £35 for one hour
